When leaving a message or texting, please include: - Your Name & Location - Pet Info: Name, breed, age, weight, and a brief summary of their condition. - Timeline & Aftercare: Your preferred appointment timing and if you require cremation services.
Scheduling Notice:
Please keep in mind that Dr. Maxfield cannot accommodate same-day or emergency appointments. We generally require 2 to 3 days' notice to schedule an appointment within the regular service area.
A Gentle Note on Transportation:
Please be aware that Dr. Maxfield cannot personally assist with lifting or carrying pets over 25lbs. To ensure your companion is moved safely and securely to her vehicle for transport, your family will need to be able to carry your pet to the car.
